| This feature allows the user to block the delivery of their Caller ID to the number they are calling. This feature must be activated prior to dialing each call and is only in effect for the duration of each call.

| Service Description
|
|
| The user can accept a call from a 3rd party while engaged in an active call. YourInternetPhone will alert you of the incoming call by playing a call waiting tone.

| To enable call waiting on a per call basis:
|
|
|
| Note: Call waiting is normally enabled, this action is only necessary if you have disabled call waiting on a permanent basis (*76) and wish to enable it for a single call.

| Lift Receiver, Listen for dial tone and Press *71.
|
|
| If you choose to answer the second call either:
|
|
|
| Press and release your phone's switch hook (the button you release when you take your phone off the hook)
|
|
|
| -or- Press the flash button (if your phone has one). This puts your first call on hold and automatically connects you to your second call.
|
|
| To switch between callers:
|
|
|
| Press the switch hook or flash button again. (You can alternate between calls as often as you like.)
|

| If the user is on a call when another call comes in they will hear a series of beeps or tones alerting them to the second call. The person calling will hear normal ringing.

| Press the switch hook or flash button briefly. This puts the first call on hold. Listen for three short tones and then a dial tone. Press *70. Listen for dial tone then return to your call by pressing the switch hook or flash button.

| This feature allows a user the option to divert (forward) all calls to any number using the touch-tone keypad of their telephone or web browser interface. This service is activated or deactivated from the phone being forwarded or from the WWW interface.

| Calls are forwarded to the designated forwarding number if the subscriber's line is busy because of the following: the Primary line is already in a call, or the primary and secondary lines are in a call or a conference call.

| This feature allows a user the option to divert (forward) calls to any number when their phone is busy or in conference. This service is activated or deactivated from the phone being forwarded or the web browser interface.

| Calls are forwarded to the designated forwarding number after a configurable time period elapses while YourInternetPhone is ringing and is not answered.

| To activate Call Forward No Answer:

| Lift the receiver, listen for dial tone and Press *92.
|
|
|
| Listen for dial tone and enter the telephone number you are forwarding your call to. Activation will be confirmed with three short bursts of tone and your forwarding will be activated. Alternatively, the user can activate this feature from the WWW interface. Note: The forward delay may be entered from the WWW interface. Default is 20 seconds.

| You can originate a call to a 3rd party while engaging in an active call.

| To initiate a call to a 3rd party:
|
|
|
| Press the switch hook or flash button to place the first party on hold.
|
|
|
| Listen for three short tones followed by dial tone.
|
|
|
| Dial the number of the 3rd party.
|
|
|
| When the 3rd party answers you may have a conversation with them while the other party is on hold.
|
|
| To hold a conference with the party on hold and the 3rd party:
|
|
|
| Press the switch hook or flash button.
|

| YourInternetPhone supports up to two calls per line. YourInternetPhone can conference two calls by bridging the 2nd and 3rd parties.

| To configure a speed dial code:

|
|
|
| Dial the single digit code under which the number is to be stored (2-9).
|
|
|
| Dial the complete number to be stored.
|
|
|
| Listen for Confirmation tone (two short beeps).
|
|
|
| Hang up or repeat the sequence.

| Pick up the receiver. Listen for dial tone. Press single digit code assigned to the stored number (2-9). Press # to signal dialing complete. The number is automatically dialed normally.

| YourInternetPhone allows callers to record a voice message when you are busy or unavailable.

| This feature is enabled by default for all plans, except Basic.

| However, you may turn the voicemail feature off or on:

| Visit the WWW interface to turn voicemail off or on
|
|
| To retrieve your voicemail messages
|
|
|
| Pick up the receiver, Listen for dial tone and Press *98:
|
|
|
| You may also dial your own phone number from your phone to access the voicemail system.
|
|
|
| To retrieve voicemail from a different phone, dial 541-323-1098 and enter your 10-digit telephone number and password at the prompts.
|
|
| To modify your voicemail message and other options, access your voicemail box the same way you would to pick up messages, then press 0 for Other Options.

| With voicemail 'On', incoming calls go to voicemail when:
|
|
|
| The call rings busy
|
|
|
| You do not answer the call
|
|
|
| Your Intenet connection is down or your phone is not on
|
|
| However, the call will not go to voicemail if:

| You have Call Forward - Unconditional activated
|
|
|
| You have Call Forward - Busy activated and the call rings busy
|
|
|
| You have Call Forawrd - No Answer activated and the call is not answered

| You may turn the voicemail feature off or on:
