Call Transfers

You are engaged in a first call at your station. To place a second call:

   Press 'Flash' and wait for the dial tone, then dial an extension or outside phone number. 

Now you may:

   Hangup - This will connect the first and second calls together.
   -or-
   Wait for an answer on the second call and talk privately to whomever has answered. You may then
   hangup and connect the 2 calls to each other.
   -or-
   Press 'Flash' - This temporarily creates a 3-way conference.
   -or-
   Drop the second call if it is not answered.  Press 'Flash' again - This drops the second call.

Place a Call on Hold (Park)

When in a call:
Press 'Flash' and wait for the dial tone Dial '700' Listen for the announcement of the parking extension (701, 702, 703...) Hangup - The call is now 'parked' on the announced extension number

Pickup a Parked Call

From any station:
Dial the parking extension number (701, 702, 703...)

Voice Mail

From Your Station:
     dial '999'
From Any Phone: dial <your_company_admin_number> enter '998' enter box # and passcode

Temporarily Set to 'Open'

To temporarily switch the Phone System's settings to behave as if it is operating during normal
business hours (the Phone System is 'Open' for business):
Dial <your_company_admin_number> Enter <your_company_open_code> Hangup This will remain in effect until 9 pm

Temporarily Set to 'Closed'

To temporarily switch the Phone System's settings to behave as if it is operating during closed
business hours (the Phone System is 'Closed' for business):
Dial <your_company_admin_number> Enter <your_company_closed_code> Hangup This will remain in effect until 9 pm

Reset to Normal Hours

To reset the Phone System's settings so it operates according to the open hours that have been
defined in the phone system's configuration. 
Dial <your_company_admin_number> Enter '99' Hangup
